How to Book an Appointment

We make it easy to get the support you need. Simply fill out the form below and arrange a session with a member of our team. You can choose between three appointment options:

Face-to-Face Appointment:

Meet with us in person at one of our locations. 

Support for Adults & Young People:

  • Inverness (The Hive Centre): 4 Strothers Lane, Inverness, IV1 1LR. Open every evening from 6.00pm to 10:00pm, excluding public holidays. 
  • Alness (Alness Outreach Hive): The Place, 61 High Street, Alness, IV17 0SH. Open every Wednesday from 4.30pm to 8pm. 
  • Nairn (Nairn Outreach Hive): Rear Entrance Hall at United Reformed Church, Nairn, IV12 4NB. Open every Wednesday from 6.00pm to 10.00pm. 
  • Elgin (Elgin Outreach Hive): From Thurs 3rd Oct 2024 – Office 2, Caledonian House Business Centre, 164 High Street, Elgin, IV30 1BD. Open every Thursday from 4.15pm to 7pm.
  • Tain (Tain Outreach Hive): 8 Tower Street, Tain, IV19 1DY. Open Tuesdays (except the 1st Tues of each month) from 4.30pm to 8.00pm
  • Portmahomack (Portmahomack Outreach Hive): Portmahomack Golf Club Cafe, Tarbatness Road, Portmahomack, IV20 1YJ. Open 1st Tuesday monthly. From 4.30pm to 8.00pm
  • Isle of Skye, Kyle of Lochalsh and local surrounding area: Please contact: enquiries@mikeysline.co.uk and someone will be in touch to arrange a local appointment for you.
  • Thurso (Thurso Outreach Hive): Morvern Building, North Highalnd College, UHI, Ormlie Road, Thurso, KW14 7EE. Open Every Wednesday 5pm-7.30pm (excluding public holidays)

Support for Families & Carers:

  • Inverness – Hilton Family Support Centre – (The Light House): Open Fridays fortnightly from 9.30am-11.30am.
Online Appointment:

If visiting in person isn’t possible, we offer online support appointments via Zoom. 

When booking, please select ANY one of the ”Hives’ listed. Then select “Online”. A private zoom meeting link will be sent to you prior to your appointment.

Telephone Appointments:

If visiting in person isn’t possible, and you would prefer to talk over the phone then we offer telephone support appointments too. A member of our team will phone you at the time of your appointment. 

When booking, please select ANY of the ”Hives” listed. Then select “Telephone”.

When booking, simply select the location closest to you for a “Face-to-Face in Person” appointment. If you cannot attend one of those locations in person, please select ANY of the ”Hives” listed and then select either  “Telephone” or “Online” to let us know your preference. If you choose online, you’ll be sent a zoom link for your appointment.

What to expect?

– In person:

You’ll be greeted by our friendly and empathetic team members who are trained to listen and provide non-judgemental support. Then your session will be tailored to your specific needs. Whether you want to just talk to someone, seek advice, or explore coping strategies, we’re here to assist you.

– Telephone:

When you choose a telephone appointment you’ll have the flexibility to choose a date and time that suits you. A member of our experienced and compassionate team is on the other end of the line, ready to listen, provide guidance, and offer emotional support. And you can rest assured your telephone appointment is conducted in a private and confidential manner. You can speak openly and honestly about your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement.

– Online:

A Zoom call appointment allows you to connect with our friendly team members through a secure and easy-to-use video conferencing platform.Your Zoom call appointment is conducted at a time that you choose, in a confidential and private virtual space. You can openly discuss your thoughts and emotions without concern or judgement. Our team of experienced and empathetic professionals are there to listen, provide guidance, and offer emotional support through the video call.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment with us by visiting, filling out the form above or by emailing us at enquiries@mikeysline.co.uk. Choose between a face-to-face appointment, a telephone appointment or an online support appointment based on your preference.

What happens if I select the “Online” option when booking an appointment?

If you select the “Online” option, our team will send out a link for your Zoom appointment. We’ll ensure it’s a convenient and secure experience for you.

What happens if I select the “Telephone” option when booking an appointment?

If you select the “Telephone” option, one of our team will call you at the agreed time on the number you provide. We’ll ensure it’s a convenient and secure experience for you.

Are your locations accessible for individuals with disabilities?

The Alness and Nairn outreach Hives are located on the ground floor and are accessible.

Is there any cost associated with your services?

No, our services are provided free of charge. We are here to support you without any financial burden.

How long is the typical appointment duration?

Typically appointments are 30 mins long. However, appointment durations may vary depending on your needs and the type of support required. Our team will work with you to ensure that the appointment duration is suitable for your situation.

What should I do if I’m in a crisis and need immediate assistance?

In case of a crisis or emergency, please contact emergency services on 999 or a crisis helpline immediately. If you are unsure where to turn for help, feel free to reach out to us, via our SMS service or Facebook messenger. We will do our best to help or guide you to the appropriate resources
